The Historic Dellinger Mill, located in the Hawk community of Cane Creek,
just four miles east of Bakersville, NC, on State Road 1211.

Dellinger Grist Mill times of operation are every third week of the month, Monday-Saturday for the months May-September, every day except Sundays in October and November. We will grind corn, conduct tours and have demonstrations 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on open days, (excepting Wednesdays and Thursdays, which are reserved for commercial grinding),
with conditions permitting.

The 2010 schedule is:
May 15, 17-22, 25-29, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
June 1-3, 7-12,14-19,21-26, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
July 12-17, 19-24, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
August 16-21, 23-28, 30-31, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (Music Festival Possible)
September 1-4,6-9, 13-18, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
October 8-November 27, except Sundays. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Every day except Sundays in October and November. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
