The Historic Dellinger Mill, located in the Hawk community of Cane Creek,
just four miles east of Bakersville, NC, on State Road 1211.
Dellinger Grist Mill times of operation are every third Saturday and the following week for the months May-September, every day except Sundays in October and November.

We will grind corn, conduct tours and have demonstrations 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on open days,
with conditions permitting.

July 12,14-19, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
August 9,11-16, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
September 13,15-20, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
October 4-November 29, except Sundays. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
