The Historic Dellinger Mill, located in the Hawk community of Cane Creek,
just four miles east of Bakersville, NC, on State Road 1211.
Dellinger Grist Mill times of operation are every third Saturday and the following week for the months May-September, every day except Sundays in October and November.

We will grind corn, conduct tours and have demonstrations 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on open days,
with conditions permitting.

June 20,22-27, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
July 18,20-25, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
August 15,17-22, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
September 19,21-26, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
October 9-November 21, except Sundays. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
